BILL FARRIS | Founder
Bill Farris is a licensed Texas Real Estate Broker and has been involved in commercial real estate since earning his license in 1994. Bill started Paradigm Commercial Real Estate, LLC., over 20 years ago in Houston, TX. He has been involved in Commercial Real Estate Brokerage including tenant representation, commercial leasing, acquisitions, dispositions, and business brokerage. He has developed relationships with numerous clients requiring assistance with retail, industrial, medical, and commercial land in Texas.
He has also been involved in franchise real estate, franchise development and business brokerage. He is currently a member of I.C.S.C., NAR and F.B.S.C.R.
Bill and his family have been residents in the Houston area for over 50 years.
BRODY FARRIS | Principal
Brody Farris is a seasoned commercial real estate professional with over 20 years of experience driving success in leasing, development, and asset management. Before joining Paradigm Commercial Real Estate, Brody served as Vice President of Commercial & Retail for Signorelli Company, responsible for the leasing and developing one of the state's most significant and active retail developments over the last 7 years. Previously, at Weingarten Realty Investors (now Kimco Realty), Brody managed over 3 million square feet, representing 20+ retail properties, forging relationships with leading national tenants, and delivering critical developments in numerous markets across Texas and Louisiana. As a consistent top producer, he negotiated over 400 leases and contracts, creating over $250 million in net asset value during his tenure. Rooted in Spring, Texas, Brody combines his extensive market knowledge with a strategic approach to deliver tailored solutions for landlords, tenants, and developers. At Paradigm, his mission is to provide a personalized and hands-on approach to commercial real estate while prioritizing innovation, integrity, and his client’s success.
Brody is an active member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC), the National Association of Realtors (NAR), and the Aggie Real Estate Network. A native Houstonian, he now resides in Spring, Texas, with his wife, Amber, and their two daughters, Dylan and Ella.
